About the Sales Development intern position 🧙‍♂️ :

We are looking for a Sales Development Intern that is passionate about growth and customer acquisition. The Sales Development Intern will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, explaining our product and value proposition, running demos as needed and converting leads to paying customers. The individual in this role will work closely with the Marketing, Operations and Product departments of the company to deliver feedback on lead quality, customer needs and pain points in terms of conversion and will spearhead initiatives to boost sales.

What you‘ll do 🎯:

  • Reach out to prospects and explain our product and value proposition
  • Follow prospects across lifecycle with relevant communications (emails and follow-up calls)
  • Run product demos
  • Onboard customers in the platform
  • Synthesise and share customer feedback regarding our product
  • Reach out to possible partners to include in the affiliate scheme
  • Support customer requests

You have 🥇:

  • Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
  • Passion for sales and customer acquisition
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • BSc degree complete or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

  • Experience with sales tools and technology will be considered a plus
